How You Are Charged
Once an account is established, you will be billed:
+ A monthly subscription fee according to your plan;
+ Call use-age, charges excess to the plan you
have selected;
+ Any operator initiated messaging you request from the receptionist.
For 'live operator' services, call
charges are according to the plan you select, time based, and calculated
in one second increments. Charges apply as soon as the receptionist
answers the call until such time as the caller is connected with you, or
the call with the receptionist is terminated.
Once the caller is connected with you, 'live operator' call charges cease,
and you are charged at a lower call rate for the time you and your caller
are connected (call use-age). Additional call use-age charges also apply
for outbound sms and fax (email2sms, email2fax).
Unified messaging inbound services (voice-messaging, fax) are charged
according to the plan selected, with additional charges for inbound
messaging excess to the plan selected. Operator initiated messaging by
fax, email, voice or sms are also additional charges.
Currently live operator services operate in normal business hours. Calls
out of hours are presently forwarded thru 'follow me' to any fixed line or
mobile, or to your unified messaging. You can change your preferences at
any time through your web portal, or dial-up to your message centre.
