Through an intuitive web interface, set up your company greetings and give
the receptionist we provide any special instructions to answer calls as
your personal assistant
Extend the service to a group
Once you have originated your 'live operator' service, create a
member group. Calls can then be channelled to any group members, screened,
and/or messages taken. Each member enrolled in your group is provided
his/her own Unified Messaging
Centre.
Choice of messaging channels
Any messages taken by our receptionist can be sent to any group
member by email, sms or fax.
Don't miss a call.
If the call centre is unattended, you have the option of taking
calls through your exclusive 'follow me' service, or put through to your Unified
Messaging Centre.
Any voice messages can then be:
Delivered by email;
+ Collected through your web portal, or by:
+ Dial-up to your Unified
Messaging Centre.
At any time you can change your preferences by logging into your message
centre portal. If you don't have web access, change your settings by
ringing your message centre and simply follow the voice prompts.
Your Personal Assistant.
As an additional personalised service, you can permission the
receptionist to check for emails/messages in your's or your group member's
message centre. The receptionist can return messages to callers, emails
can be checked if you are away from the internet, and appointments checked
or entered in each member's web calendar. The receptionist can enter
contact names in the member's portal address book.
Whenever it suits you
If at any time you, or any member in your group does not need the
receptionist service, calls can be taken through our exclusive 'follow me'
call forward service, or through to a member's Unified
Messaging Centre.
