Subscription Options

To subscribe, choose amongst four 'Live Operator' plans to best suit your usage. For each plan a ‘once off’ service establishment fee, and a call use-age prepayment is charged.

As a new subscriber, you will receive a telephone number as your contact number for the live operator services. You will also be provided unified messaging which includes voice2email, fax2email, 'one number' call forwarding, email2sms, email2fax, web calendar, and a self serve web portal.

If you already subscribe to our unified messaging, you can upgrade to live operator services. Once you have enrolled in our live operator receptionist services, you can upgrade at any time to a higher plan according to your usage.

Plans

+ Option 1 U2Liveop-Standard
This comprises a phone number for live operator answering, and unified messaging (um) on the 'lite' plan (up to 30 minutes per month inbound voice-messaging or fax). You pay a monthly subscription fee, plus call charges.

+ Option 2 U2Liveop-Lite
Maximum 30 minutes per month live operator answering + Up to 30 mins per month unified messaging. *

+ Option 3 U2Liveop-Busybee,
Maximum 80 minutes per month live operator answering + Up to 80 mins per month inbound fax, voice-messaging. *

+ Option 4 U2Liveop-Maxi
Maximum 250 minutes per month operator answering + Up to 250 mins per month inbound fax, voice-messaging. *
