Subscriber Conditions of Service

When you subscribe to Unifier2 services (Service) it will be necessary for you to agree with Unifier2 Pty Ltd (Unifier2) on the following Conditions of Service.

  1. The services (Services) to be provided shall comprise provision of a telephone number to you as a Subscriber, for voice messages and faxes.
  2. Voice messages and faxes received into your telephone number are available for collection in your Unifier2 Message Centre, and can be also sent to another email account you nominate.
  3. You may elect to receive an automatic sms alert sent to his/her mobile phone each time a fax or voice message Is received.
  4. Service can also be use to send faxes, sms, and voice messages (Outbounds)
  5. You can upgrade or sign up for calls to be answered by a receptionist, who will then route calls.
  6. Service may be amended from time to time.
  7. For Service to operate, it shall be expected that you have access to a computer with a functioning image reader, voice capability, and Internet connection.
  8. Unifier2 takes no responsibility whatsoever, for quality, accuracy and the content of the information or messages you receive through Unifier2, nor the Outbounds.
  9. Unifier2 takes no responsibility for how you use voice calls, voicemail, voice messages, sms and faxes.
  10. Unifier2 takes no responsibility any third party delays that may occur, or failures in delivery of sms.
  11. Subscription Options. To subscribe, a monthly fee is payable, which includes the use of the telephone number, and inbound faxes and voice messages to the plan you select (Inbound Messaging). You are also charged extra for Live Operator receptionist services, the use of the number we provide for ‘follow me’ call transfer, and Otbounds. Other charges may be introduced from time to time.
  12. You can choose amongst three subscription options, comprising
    (a) ‘Lite’. The maximum cumulative time for faxes and voice messages (Inbound Messaging) is 30 minutes per month. If that time is exceeded in any month, additional fees shall be payable for Inbound Messaging;
    (b) ‘Busybee’ for cumulative Inbound Messaging up to 80 minutes per month. If that time is exceeded in any month, additional fees shall be payable;
    (c) ‘Maxi’, for Inbound Messaging up to 250 minutes per month. If that time is exceeded in any month, additional fees shall be payable.
  13. Your Service can be immediately suspended or cancelled, our sole discretion without prior notice if any subscription fees are outstanding.
  14. In the event that your Service is cancelled, the telephone number allocated by Unifier2 prior to cancellation shall be withdrawn.
  15. If your Service is cancelled of suspended, no responsibility shall be taken whatsoever for receipt and delivery of any messages sent to your Message Centre subsequent to that cancellation or suspension.
  16. Acceptable Use. Service may be withdrawn at any time, without notice, for whatever reason including, but not limited to:
    (a)  If you use the Service to 'spam' or cause mischief to others;’
    (b)  In the event that there is any reason whatsoever to believe that you are using the Service to contravene any law; any such cancellation shall be done without notice or recourse to Unifier2.
  17. You acknowledge that Unifier2 cannot take any responsibility whatsoever for:
    (a)  Performance, security, and reliability of the Internet, and your competence in the use of the Internet;
    (b)  Service Reliability by any telecommunications company, and Internet Service Providers in transmitting information;
    (c) Use of the Service by third parties, for any reason;
    (d) Security of any information transmitted on the Internet.
  18. You agree and acknowledge that Unifier2 shall not be liable for any claims of whatsoever kind or nature (including claims for negligence) that might arise directly or indirectly out of any act or omission, use or misuse of the Service. To the extent this clause fails to fully and completely exclude any claim and/or to the extent any third party might make any claim against Unifier2 in any way related to the use or misuse of the Service or anything done or not done by Unifier2, then you hereby indemnify Unifier2 against any and all liabilities, losses, expenses and costs that might be suffered or incurred by you as a direct or indirect consequence of any such claims being made.
  19. Unifier2 reserves the right to change the prices in accordance with market conditions. In so doing, u2Webservices shall endeavour to provide 21calendar day’s notice prior to any price change.
  20. In keeping with our policy of product review, and to provide up to date products and services there may be changes from time to time. We reserve the right to introduce new services and change the products and services available at any time, without prior notice.
